It is forbidden to work beyond the minimum closing height of the K Span Machine , that is, the minimum distance from the bottom surface of the upper sliding box to the working surface is 290mm. The height of the upper and lower molds after clamping is added. The thickness of the upper and lower pads plus the thickness of the blank is not allowed to exceed 290mm. When manufacturing the mold, it should be designed according to this requirement to avoid machine accidents.

The equipment should be wiped frequently, kept clean, and no muddy water. Always pay attention to the height of the lubricating oil in the sliding case and the sides of the machine. The machine is mainly composed of left and right body, bottom link, top cover, sliding seat, hexagonal wheel, pulley, gear mechanism, sheave mechanism, cam mechanism, lubrication pump, oil circuit system, electric control part and so on.

The upper die stamping process of the roll Forming Machine: the motor drives the input shaft through the pulley, drives the upper shaft through the pinion gear and the large gear, and drives the sliding seat with the upper mold to move up and down through a set of cam mechanism to realize the pressing tile.

The indexing of the table is carried out by the gear set mounted on the upper end of the shaft, the drive pin gear, and the groove wheel mounted on the hexagonal wheel shaft to realize the indexing positioning, and one end is installed at each end of the upper shaft. The return cam, which is mounted on the same shaft and conjugated to the pressing cam, realizes precise positioning of the lower mold in the working position by the positioning rod and the positioning disc. Lubrication pumps are installed in the left and right sides of the cabinet, and the oil is delivered to the frictional moving parts when the machine is working.
